SENIOR ASSISTANT REGISTRAR, SPH School of Public Health, Registrar
The Senior Assistant Registrar reports to the School of Public Health Associate Registrar and leads all aspects of graduation, including graduation application and clearance, dissertation documentation, diploma distribution for May graduates, and reporting for the graduation ceremony. The candidate will be responsible for: Transferring credit articulation, waiver requests, course substitutions, and reinstatements Coordinating non-degree and cross-registration Completing verification requests for students, alumni and government agencies Tracking and reporting on grade changes and incomplete grade Sharing responsibility with the team to handle day-to-day inquiries from students, faculty, and staff Working
