Overview:

Axim seeks a Deputy General Counsel to join the in-house legal team in providing high quality legal support for a broad scope of mission-related activities. Responsibilities will include external partnership and grantmaking strategy and agreements, intellectual property strategy and license agreements, legal and organization compliance and risk management, and commercial contracting.

Experience:

The successful candidate will have a J.D. with 10-15+ years of experience as a transactional lawyer.     

Experience at a top US law firm and/or company preferred.

Location/Relocation:

This is a hybrid role currently 3 days in person in Cambridge, MA / 2 days optionally remote.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience. The package includes base salary and benefits.
