Job TitleHVAC Technician Job Description SummaryThe HVAC Technician is a position within the line of operations of C&W Services. The incumbent is responsible for performing the day-to-day maintenance of all mechanical systems and equipment including but not limited to: oil and gas fire heating equipment, chillers, cooling towers, fans, pumps, heat exchangers, ancillary support equipment, water treatment, controls and BMS for all campus buildings and other assigned work.
