Receive IT equipment from the loading lock on pallets, breakdown and bring to the second floor for processing, once complete items will be shipped out through various couriers along with Mailroom sorting and delivering mail. Work Hours: 30 hours/week 10am-4pm Compensation: $17/hr.
Job Description
Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities
Maintain a positive work environment for clients and employees
Able to work independently and within a team
Meet all deadlines to get shipments out on time at the client site
Provide assistance to office personnel as needed
Crosstrain with co-workers in order to provide coverage support as scheduled
Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
Packaging and weighing items, printing shipping labels and inspecting goods received for damage
Follow C&W Services safety compliance
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Self-supervisory and time management skills a must
Ability to move items up to 75 pounds independently or with a handcart
Possess exceptional customer service skills
Strong organization skills
Work safely and efficiently in a professional environment
Maintain client confidentiality
Proficient using Microsoft office programs
Ability to use technology such as smart phones, computers, web-based applications, etc.
Complete all required C & W Services Safety Training as scheduled annually. (New employees shall meet the immediate training requirements as set forth at time of hiring. Failure to comply with the safety training and other training requirements set forth in Cushman & Wakefield's Policies and Procedures may result in disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or termination of employment.
Note: Due to our client's requirement, this particular position requires employees to provide acceptable documentation showing full vaccination as per CDC guidelines at the time of employment.
