A part-time position is available in a Portsmouth, RI condominium community for a responsible individual with excellent customer service, communication, and marketing skills. Responsibilities include supporting the Condominium Board in developing and implementing communications with real estate professionals and other stakeholders while improving internal communication in the resident community. In this position, the Management Assistant will answer the telephone, initiate work orders, file, correspondence, etc. Ability to handle multiple tasks and knowledge of MS Office required. Experience in property management, marketing, or related field preferred.
