SENIOR ASSISTANT REGISTRAR, SPH School of Public Health, Registrar

The Senior Assistant Registrar reports to the School of Public Health Associate Registrar and manages all aspects of graduation, including graduation application and clearance, dissertation documentation, diploma distribution for May graduates, and reporting for the graduation ceremony. Responsible for transfer credit articulation, waiver requests, course substitutions, and reinstatements. Coordinates non-degree and cross-registration. Completes verification requests for students, alumni and government agencies. Tracks and reports on grade changes and incomplete grades. Shares responsibility with the team to handle day-to-day inquiries from students, faculty, and staff. Works as team member on large-scale events and completes projects as assigned by the Registrar and Associate Registrar.
Master's Degree preferred, with 3-5 years of work experience.
