Position Description: The Senior Associate General Counsel, Alliances is a strategic and highly visible role, reporting directly to the General Counsel.  S/he will be the lead counsel for all strategic alliance/partnership agreements to ensure that Citrix’s go-to-market programs and strategic partner relationships are structured to achieve the Company’s objectives, while protecting the company’s intellectual property and complying with applicable regulations.

Experience: At least ten years of legal experience, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house experience. Expertise with SaaS and Cloud based services is required. Most importantly, the successful candidate will have experience working on partnership, strategic alliance and development agreements whereby one company is providing its IP/IT solution to another to be incorporated into that company’s IT services or vice versa.

Compensation: Very completive with experience.

Location: The position could be located in Burlington, MA, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Santa Clara, CA or Raleigh, NC. Alternatively, not relocating and working remotely is an option.
