Based on experience, this active position includes inspecting the assigned communities on a weekly basis, initiating correspondence, assigning work orders and monitoring work, solicitation of bids, processing design review requests, preparation for and attending board meetings, and preparation and presentation of all financials and budgets. Excellent organizational, communication and people skills are a must. Must possess strong decision-making ability and analytical skills, as well as a good understanding of building systems and federal, state and local housing laws. Must be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office applications, specifically word, excel, outlook. Experience with Jenark a plus.
