  • The Company/Employer shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness and removal of any employment requirements that are placed on the CAI-NE CareerCenter.
  • The Company/Employer shall present on the CAI-NE CareerCenter only genuine existing employment requirements with the Company/Employer.
  • CAI-NE assumes no responsibility or liability for any personnel selected by the Company/Employer and the Company/Employer represents that any selection, retention or hire of any individual or entity listed or registered on the CAI-NE CareerCenter is based solely on the Company's/Employer�s investigation, verification and determination that such hire is suitable for the Company's/Employer�s purposes.
  • The Company/Employer agrees to hold harmless CAI-NE, its officers, directors, volunteers, staff, affiliates and subsidiaries from any claims, damages or losses incurred by the Company/Employer or any other party as a result of use of the CAI-NE CareerCenter.
  • CAI-NE reserves the right to remove the job posting(s) if an arrangement for the billing process has not been met within a 24-hours period of posting.
  • CAI-NE reserves the right to edit all employment advertisements/job postings, but will review any such edited advertisements/job postings with the Company prior to publication.
  • No advertisement/job posting submitted by the Company/Employer shall reflect, imply or contribute to any discriminatory actions, practices or improper bias. While CAI-NE is not obligated to screen communications (job postings and resumes) in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users, CAI-NE reserves the right to edit any advertisement/job posting to remove any such offending language or implication.
  • The Company/Employer shall take sole responsibility to assure that the content of its advertising/job posting is true and accurate and conforms to all applicable laws, standards and regulations and the Company/Employer represents and warrants to CAI-NE that it has all necessary authorization for the placement of the entire content of its advertising/job posting within the site. CAI-NE may however decline any advertising/job posting or discontinue further publication of any advertising, at any time and for any reason, and shall not be liable in any manner as a result of such action, except to refund a prorated portion of any unused prepaid subscription.
